Kalkberg Commerce Park

Kalkberg Commerce Park
Straddling the Town of New Baltimore and Coxsackie less than one-half mile from Exit 21B off I-87, this 146-acre, shovel-ready park is ideal for industrial, office and flex use. The park, which is located in an Empire Zone, is home to a 225,000 SF Serta mattress manufacturing facility.
Greene Business & Tech. Park

Greene Business & Technology Park
Located in an Empire Zone in Coxsackie, this 200-acre shovel-ready park is home to a 332,000 SF Save-A-Lot warehouse distribution center and future home of a 33,000 SF DynaBil Industries manufacturing plant.
Travco Ind. Park

This 60-acre industrial site in the Town of Athens was acquired by the Greene County IDA in early 2008 and is being redeveloped with the extension of an adjacent rail line to enhance the multi-modal operations of the site. One of four designated Empire Zone areas in Greene County, the property is home to Northeast Treaters, Inc. and a new facility of Peckham Materials Corp.
Shoppes at Greene Flats

The Shoppes at Greene Flats
This 40-acre retail development site in Coxsackie was purchased by Preferred Properties in Mount Vernon, NY and is being developed as a retail village with a small town feel. Plans call for a full-service grocery store, pharmacy, shops and eateries to be nestled among lamp-lined streets.

Greene Accelerator
Greene Accelerator
An initiative of the Greene County IDA to give start-up businesses the opportunity to grow, the Greene Accelerator offers companies 3,000 SF of space at below-market rates in an newly renovated Art Deco building on Mansion Street in the Village of Coxsackie. Companies have access to high-end equipment such as a conference room with a flat-screen TV. For details, click here.
